Graphic Designer /Print Production manager for the print department.

Back40 Design has an opening for a PRINT-FOCUSED experienced graphic designer. You will work directly with staff designers, vendors and clients on creative projects and production schedules. We’re looking for someone who can create awesome work, meet deadlines, manage projects – and play well with others.

Responsibilities include:
- managing production of Edmond Outlook magazine.
- layout, design and production of Edmond Outlook editorial content
- creating advertisement concepts and designing production ready art
- designing brochures, logos and outdoor signage
- coordinating print project traffic
- develop client estimates and quotes on print projects

Job Description:
The primary job responsibility for these web developer positions is to provide PHP programming and functionality for a wide variety of consumer-related websites, web-based applications and content management systems. Developers are challenged on a daily basis to solve problems in new and creative ways.

Successful candidates will have proven experience building real online applications in a LAMP environment and will be able to make a meaningful contribution from day one. They will be comfortable working with team members within the organization.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or commensurate work experience
• 1+ years of PHP and MySQL development
• Strong Knowledge of XHTML/CSS and JavaScript
• Solid Understanding of Database Design
• Ability to translate business requirements into system design
• Ability to partner and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to easily and quickly read and modify existing code
• Server Experience with Linux a plus
