What I like most about Back40? The small business atmosphere and work environment - A previous job left me very tired of corporate politics that happen in large companies.

Good Thing? "Keeping it real" - being a very down-to-earth person, not afraid to get their hands dirty. Lots of initiative/motivation, and a great sense of humor.

Bad Thing? No sense of humor, low self esteem, caring too much about what other people think.

Favorite Music? Anything but rap, heavy metal, or pop.

Favorite Movie? Unbreakable

Best concert? Jars of Clay. Sonoma, California 2001

Comic or Cartoon Character that best describes you? Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes, because he's got such an active imagination, likes to go on new adventures, and is always looking to find a way out of the things he doesn't like doing (but that would never apply to me working here, of course).

The least favorite thing to do in the world? Yardwork... Especially on those hot summer days!
