- Mail Server
- A server that sends, receives and stores e-mail.
- Meta Data
- Data that describes data. For example, the title, subject, author, and size of a document constitute meta data about the document.
- Microsoft Outlook
- A personal information/e-mail manager, part of Microsoft Office.

- (MOdulator, DEModulator) -- A device that you connect to your computer and to a phone line, that allows the computer to talk to other computers through the phone system. Basically, modems do for computers what a telephone does for humans.
